Classification budgets
Each participant's quarterly budget follows their classification, from level 1 to level 8, and transitioned Home Care Package levels.
Every service is drawn from the right account and every quarter's spending is tracked against the participant's classification budget, so you see what is left before you book.
Accounts
Each participant's quarterly budget follows their classification, from level 1 to level 8, and transitioned Home Care Package levels.
Care management is tracked in its own account, separate from services.
Restorative Care, End-of-Life, assistive technology and home modifications each have their own account.
A booking that would go over the remaining budget can be blocked, warned, or offered as privately funded.
