Claims are prepared in the Services Australia bulk-import format.

Charged by the minute

Hourly services are charged by the minute in steps of 5, 15 or 30 minutes, with minimum visit lengths.

Government and participant shares

The government share is claimed and the participant's contribution is invoiced, from the same visit.

Quoted services

Services without a standard price use the price agreed in the participant's service agreement.
