How to prepare

  • Price each service, not just the grant.
  • Keep each client's record complete, including their My Aged Care ID.
  • Pick a system that already runs Support at Home, so you don't change twice.

How Care Nexus helps

Care Nexus already runs Support at Home alongside CHSP, so you won't need to change systems when the program moves.

  • Quarterly budgets by classification, with care management in its own account.
  • Participant contributions invoiced at each person's rate, with the lifetime cap tracked.
  • Claims prepared in the Services Australia bulk-import format.
  • CHSP and Support at Home services priced and invoiced side by side while both run.
