What DEX is

The Data Exchange is the government system CHSP providers use to report who they supported and what they delivered. It's how the department sees outputs against your grant.

Make reporting easy

  • Keep each client's My Aged Care ID on their record.
  • Record every service against the client and the CHSP service type.
  • Record contributions collected against each service.
  • Check your data monthly, not just at the end of the period.

How Care Nexus helps

Care Nexus records what DEX needs as the work happens, so reporting isn't a scramble at the end of the period.

  • Each client's details, including their My Aged Care referral, are kept on their record.
  • Every approved shift is recorded against the client and the CHSP service type.
  • Contributions are recorded against the client and the service.
  • The approved frequency for each service is recorded, and bookings are checked against it.
